This form is for all current Club Members to pay their annual dues.

This form is for lifetime Optimist Members ot pay their annual dues.

New Club Member Half Year Dues Form

This for is for New Members who joined with only a quarter of the year left in the current Optimist Year. You will only pay $27.50 for the remainder of this year and next you will need to pay the full $110 using the Annual Club Membership Dues form.
